Successful and well-established feed ingredient company based in the Midwest is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager.
This position will lead the charge for this company's sales & marketing which will include direct contact with established and prospective customers, developing and producing effective marketing materials, arranging and participating in trade shows and other industry functions, as well as leading the charge to develop new product opportunities.
You will also be involved in managing all aspects of the logistics involved in distribution including scheduling, rail and truck rates negotiation, and vendor relationships. Other responsibilities will include quality control and laboratory oversight.
A strong understanding of the livestock and feed nutrition industry would be a big plus.
