Description
A Kansas cooperative is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to help lead their team forward. You will be working closely with commercials and keeping the operations team well-informed of grain movement. The company is seeking somebody who can step in and hit the ground running. The successful candidate will not be micromanaged and must have the entrepreneurial spirit to make marketing decisions quickly.
Personal drive and discipline will be instrumental to your success. Excellent follow-through, organization, communication, and Kansas grain market knowledge are must-haves.
This position would be ideal for someone getting burned out in a corporate setting, that values a family-based culture where you can make a huge impact on the business. There is potential for the role to be hybrid or mostly remote for the right candidate as well. Pay will be $80-130,000 based on experience with a co-op retirement plan and industry-leading benefits.
