A Seed Sales Specialist is needed in central Illinois for a great hybrid opportunity. In this role, you can be a part of the fast paced and ever changing seed business selling seed direct to farmers.
This career opportunity is mostly focused on sales. You will also take care of side-by-side performance plots, scout fields as needed, and be a valued source of information in seed treatments and new technologies. You will represent the major brands and will have regional and local brands available to supplement your seed offerings. The company has excellent market share and a good reputation for taking care of their customers.
You will need a minimum of two years sales experience for this role. Previous roles could be a farmer dealer, agronomy sales, sales manager, or key accounts representative. Educational background is open for this role. A farm background is strongly preferred.
This excellent career opportunity has the potential for internal and external advancement. You will be compensated with a competitive salary in the $60,000 to $80,000 range coupled with a lucrative commission and bonus plan, good benefits and a vehicle.
