    Historically successful and profitable multi-location Kansas feed company is seeking a Director of Sales to expand upon the strong foundation already in place and help build and carry out the vision for the future.

    For this company, feed is their priority and the sole focus of their business. They have great assets, great people, a wide range of customers in a large trade territory, and are well positioned to continue to grow and be more successful. There is ample opportunity for growth and great resources to build the company up to take it to the next level.

    The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with impeccable integrity and a relatable personality, have a successful management track record, and excel in communicating, delegating, and building teams. Proven success with roots in a winning team environment is critical. Ten (10) years of feed industry sales experience with at least three years senior sales management is required. You also need to have a good knowledge of multi-species’ nutrition knowledge, and you must have the ability and desire to learn the business at a rapid rate.

    Sound business acumen and solid financial knowledge with the ability to analyze financial results and implement a sales strategy are key.

    Good sales people are in place and ready to go for most positions throughout the sales, marketing, and support team; they will be energized, motivated and inspired to do what they were hired to do by a sincere and respectful leader who is committed to the long-term success of the company.

    The company is flexible where you live as long as you are within driving distance of the company headquarters located in Central Kansas. This could be Kansas, North Texas, Oklahoma, Eastern Colorado, Western Missouri, or Southern Nebraska.
