Description
A rapidly growing, innovative crop inputs company seeks a District Sales Manager for their Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan territory. As a District Sales Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for managing and growing your existing dealers and growers while acquiring new business.
Territory management and growth is the top priority in this role. You will educate your dealers and growers through side-by-side trials, dealer events and field visits, and trade shows.
You will work closely with and be supported by the agronomy team while you provide in-field support to your growers and dealers.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of agricultural sales experience, a strong work ethic, and must be a good listener and self-starter. They are looking for someone with an agronomy first mindset that will use a sell-by-education approach. Travel is required, at least two nights per week.
