Description
A long established and successful grain inspection services company is seeking a General Manager for their Texas Gulf operations.
This role will manage all of the operations and finances of this company as well as seven full-time and six seasonal inspectors and the office and lab support staff. You will report to the Board of Directors, which is made up of representatives of owner companies who are also the grain companies that use the inspection services for export grain shipments. The BOD will rely on this Manager to run the show and meet with them to report the business activity on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of grain inspection and grading experience and at least two years in a leadership management role in the grain inspection industry.
