    This role is in a prosperous region of central Illinois with excellent quality of life and recreational activities.

    This role is managing a warehouse that handles both inbound and outbound products. The main responsibility is managing a team of people to ensure products are appropriately labeled and packaged to be shipped to farmers. You will be responsible for inbound raw products and returned inventory to be repackaged.

    You will schedule pest control and oversee climate and fire suppression systems and the building structure. You may operate a forklift and interact with customers. Making field inspections and operating equipment in the field might also be needed.

    The perfect candidate would be someone who has previous warehouse experience and a good understanding of inventory, shipping, and safety. A Working knowledge of how bulk materials flow along with a farm, seed, or agronomic would be very helpful.

    The company compensates you by the hour with opportunities for overtime during seasonal hours, bonus paid on profitability, and good benefits.

    $45-55,000 ++, benefits, and bonus
