National agriculture company is seeking a Director of Crush Operations for their US-based soy processing division.
This position will direct and manage all soy crush operations (multiple locations), ensure quality inventory, and ensure cost-effective operations are leading to profitability. You will partner with the commercial team to determine an operating plan and execute against it.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Agribusiness Management, Business, or Engineering. The role will require a minimum of 15 years of soybean processing experience which includes: leadership in manufacturing operations and technologies; management of safety programs and requirements; understanding of the commodity market and standard software applications; and strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
