Description
An international commodity importer is seeking a Sales Rep for their line of Organic Feed Ingredients. The role will require excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to quickly form lasting relationships. Their business is well-established with fantastic opportunity for growth.
You will be working closely with organic livestock producers to help them get the products they need in a timely manner. The position is home-based (remote) and will require about 10% travel.
Other responsibilities include: logistics, freight, direct sales, prospecting and on-site visits.
The candidate should have at least two years of direct grain and/or feed experience with additional life experience strongly preferred. The ideal home office locations are Illinois, Missouri, Indiana or Pennsylvania.
This could be a great opportunity for a commodity professional that is tired of commuting or long hours tied to a facility and seeks a better work-life balance. Previous Organic experience is not required. There is a full support staff to assist in documentation and invoicing.
