The successful candidate must be a forward-thinking leader who is not afraid to make decisions and lead them in streamlining and building out all accounting practices within the company; this will be a key role in guiding the overall direction of the business.

Besides completing monthly close, financial reports, budgets, and other accounting responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be able to come in and evaluate their accounting software and make recommendations to streamline their processes.
Candidates must have at least five and ideally eight years of experience, however, candidates with 25+ years of experience are encouraged to apply. A bachelor's degree in accounting is required, and a CPA or MBA degree would be valued but not required. Candidates must have grain accounting experience, bring a can-do attitude, enjoy being a part of the team, and MUST be able to lead a team to excellence.
