Description
A Service Manager is needed at a farm equipment dealership located in southwestern Illinois.
This role is fully responsible for the daily operations of the service department and reports to the Store Manager. Your goal is to grow and maintain customer satisfaction while increasing levels of profitability. You will manage a team, assign daily work tasks, and review and verify work orders for accurate billing once work is complete.
The Service Manager is also responsible for warranty claims and working closely with company representatives. You will market the department and host periodic field days.
Ideally, this role will be filled with someone who has a minimum of three years in a service department and knows how the workload flows. You must be customer-focused and passionate about customer satisfaction.
The company will compensate you based upon your level of experience. You will receive benefits and be eligible for bonus opportunities.
$60-100,000 plus benefits and bonus.
