Growing seed company is seeking a unique individual to manage a foundation seed program plus manage a production site.
This is unique in that the foundation program is corn while the production is soybeans, thus you will need experience in both crops and a good understanding of crossing blocks.
You will be assisting with breeding activities and product development. On the production side, you will be managing and overseeing all day-to-day operations with a total employment of 15 people.
The company is seeking an individual with experiences in foundation seeds along with production. You need to have a good working knowledge of how a soybean production plant operates and how the seed flows; experience in both areas is required. Ideally, someone with a minimum of 10 years experience and a BS degree are preferred; however, candidates with lesser education yet who have good experiences may be considered.
This role may allow you some travel outside of the US to South America.

$90-110,000 plus benefits, bonus, and vehicle.
