The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of sow breeding and farrowing experience and one year in management.
This unit has 4800 sows, and the company is looking for someone who can come in and raise the standard of production to the next level.
No advanced education is required, but a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is.

Salary range from $45-70,000 based on experience with performance incentives.
