    Description

Highly respected and established regional feed company in Southwestern U.S. is seeking a General Manager to run their operations. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial feed mill manager to come in and run this business. The two owners are both approaching retirement age and want to turn over the reins to a new generation of management. They will be around for advance and direction, but want to step back from the day-to-day. They are definitely looking for the right person who can not only fulfill the job requirement, but also would be interested in working towards ownership of the business.

The job will manage all parts of the business, including the office, mill, and transportation. This is a single-mill, which is well-maintained. The product mix includes all species and is all sold as bagged and distributed primarily through a large dealer network and through the companies retail store, which will also be managed by this position.

Opportunities like these do not come along very often. If you have a passion for the animal feed business and opportunity to own your own business, this could be a perfect fit for you.

Base salary $75,000 - $90,000, plus incentive bonus, which could go towards ownership. Qualified and interested candidates should contact Vic Heinold.
