A rapidly growing, technology-driven company within the livestock and agricultural supply chain is seeking a Head of Finance to join its leadership team. This organization is driving meaningful impact by connecting producers, processors, and partners through innovative solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role with significant runway for growth. The Head of Finance will help shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and support the company’s continued expansion.
The individual will partner across the business to drive performance, improve financial infrastructure and controls, and provide strategic insight to leadership. This role requires both strategic vision and the ability to execute, with comfort operating at both a high level and in the details.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis
- Build and enhance processes, systems, and controls
- Partner cross-functionally across operations, technology, and customer teams
- Support SaaS revenue models, marketing investments, and payment processes
- Provide insights to leadership and identify risks and opportunities
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support international growth
The ideal candidate is a driven, entrepreneurial finance leader with a CPA and experience at the Director, VP, or similar level. A background in agriculture or livestock is strongly preferred, along with experience in high-growth environments. Exposure to SaaS, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively across the industry are important for success.
