A financially strong and progressive agricultural organization in Ohio is seeking a Grain Location Manager to lead a key grain facility within their system. This is an excellent opportunity with a company that values operational excellence, customer service, and strong local leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The company is looking for someone who will lead by example, develop employees, maintain high facility standards, and help create a strong team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily grain receiving, storage, drying, conditioning, and loadout operations
Lead facility employees through training, accountability, and day-to-day direction
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and operational standards throughout the facility
Coordinate logistics, grain movement, and transportation activities
Work closely with grain leadership to optimize inventory flow and customer service
Monitor grain quality and quickly address operational concerns when needed
Support harvest operations through scheduling, communication, and customer interaction
Help build a culture focused on teamwork, efficiency, and service
What They’re Looking For
Grain elevator operations experience
Leadership experience within agriculture or grain operations preferred
A hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Someone who values safety, accountability, and culture
A steady, dependable leader who can help continue building a strong operation
