Central Illinois agronomy location is seeking an experienced Crop Consultant. This is a role where you will be providing solutions to farmers.
The location is based in one of the fertile regions in Illinois. This is big ag at its' finest. The company is the leader in the market and represents the major seed brands plus a respected house brand. You will have one of the best lines to sell with the best chemistries, fertility products, micronutrients, and treatments. You will have access to financial and marketing resources that will give you the ability to be competitive and successful.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of three years agricultural sales experience preferably in seed or fertility. A farm background and an ag focus in college would be great but not required. You will need to pass a background check and driver screening prior to joining the team.
This career opportunity has the potential to lead you to roles with more responsibility and compensation. These would be a Plant Manager, Saeed Manager, Sales Manager, or a Key Accounts role. The company will pay you a base salary based upon on your experiences coupled to a lucrative incentive plan, full benefits, and vehicle with unlimited use.
