Description
Seed production company is seeking someone to manage a corn facility in Indiana.
This is a hands-on role working alongside your team to grow, package, and ship a quality product to farmers. This role will enable you to institute processes, set protocols, and hire staff. This plant has a combination full-time and part time staff. You will lead the team and ensure they are achieving goals while maintaining a safe environment.
You must be someone who can take "ownership" of the plant and be on the lookout for ways to improve the facility. Experience in a manufacturing role could be very beneficial in understanding the process of receiving a raw product and shipping a finished product.
