Description
A progressive and financially stable cooperative in central Kansas is seeking a Grain Location Manager to lead one of its flagship facilities. The site has recently received significant upgrades, and is positioned for long-term growth.
This is a leadership role. The company is looking for someone who will lead from the front, take care of the team, and actively contribute in company leadership and direction: not someone who simply checks boxes and goes home.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily grain receiving, storage, conditioning, and loadout operations

Lead a team of approximately four employees

Maintain safety, efficiency, and facility standards

Support light retail, feed, and fuel pump oversight at the location

Deliver strong customer service to an established farm base
This position is operationally focused and does not include merchandising responsibilities.
