    Description

Successful and expanding agricultural processing company is seeking a top-notch CFO to strengthen and bring additional talents and structure to their leadership team.

This individual will have a strong accounting and finance background and will assist and challenge the board and CEO as they continue to explore and carry out some key growth initiatives over the next six to eighteen months and beyond.

The successful candidate will be a visionary with a solid understanding of the agricultural environment and its future outlook. Experience with business growth, creating business plans, and the ability to challenge ideas and put some numbers to them are key. You must also thrive at analyzing where the company has been and seeing how they can best grow forward. Experience in grain merchandising and commodity risk management is preferred. Any operational experience / understanding in a food or feed processing facility will be an added bonus.

You will represent the company when in professional settings and when attending conferences and industry shows. You must also be able to work with a diverse team of new leadership members as well as more senior leaders on the board.

An accounting / finance or ag business degree and the ability to understand crush margins are ideal. A minimum of eight years ag industry experience is a must.

Living in northeastern Wisconsin is essential, as you will need to be close to the company's main office. To do so, you can live in the region that includes Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Manitowoc, and north Milwaukee so you will be within an hour or less drive to the office.

This multi-family owned and managed company offers a laid-back and professional family atmosphere where their focus is on growing and building a long-term sustainable business that provides quality, long-term career opportunities for their team members. You will play a key role in working with the CEO, COO, and board to help shape the future direction and success of the company.

Compensation will include a very competitive salary plus a profit-based bonus incentive and a generous benefits package.

If you are motivated to grow and desire to be a key part of an expanding family-oriented company, are flexible in approaching opportunities and challenging situations, and look forward to a fresh and exciting career opportunity with a great team, contact Dave Allen or Chelbi Alt today.
