A leading Financial Services firm specializing in the Agribusiness Industry is seeking a full-time Fractional Chief Financial Officer.
In this role, you will serve clients who need professional support on a limited basis and may not need a full-time CFO. Client engagements may range from conducting special project work to serving as a permanent part-time CFO.
The qualified candidate will have excellent management and supervisory skills and exhibit a high level of analytical and organizational capabilities. In addition, being proficient in database and computer application systems management will be expected.
The firm is equipped to stand behind you with a complete resource support team specializing in the legal, regulator, human relations, animal welfare, and other financial-related areas.
This position requires at least eight years of financial management experience, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, experience reporting to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. A Master’s degree and a background in Agribusiness are preferred.
Based on the needs of the client, this position may require at least 25% travel. The remainder of your time can be spent working from your home office, which can be anywhere in the United States.

Salary is based on your experience, marketable skill set, and certifications and will likely range between $150,000 and $180,000. In addition, a generous bonus and a retirement program round out a complete benefits package.
