Familiarity with grain software and sales or merchandising experience is a must. You must also be an extroverted, "people-person" that thrives talking to high-level individuals. Being articulate and feeling comfortable presenting information in various ways will be key to your success.
Customer service and account management are also big parts of the role. Keeping close contact with existing businesses and ongoing problem-solving is also vital.
This is a remote, home office-based position that will require up to 60% travel. Some of that will include industry events and conferences. While offering industry-leading benefits, the role's compensation is very competitive with uncapped incentive potential.
