    Description

A highly successful equipment manufacturer is seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager to work in a vital role in the oilseed industry. The client is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented professional to join their growing team as they look to take their business to the next level.

They are looking for a high-level product sales manager who will enjoy a heavy emphasis on business development in the first 18-24 months.

The candidate must have a minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, be well-networked across the US in the oilseed industry, and have a technical understanding of oilseed processing, equipment, and engineering.

This is a remote position based in the Midwest. You must have access to a major airport, as travel is expected 40-60% of the time. A successful candidate will thrive in finding new channels to move the product into.

Salary will be competitive, with a good bonus program based on sales.

If you understand and are well-connected in the oilseed industry, have a passion for equipment sales and business development, are looking for an opportunity to turn your network into sales, and are excited about joining an established company looking to grow their business, this could be the perfect career opportunity for you. Qualified candidates, please contact Dave Allen or Sam Trcka.
