Highly successful Midwest-based agricultural hedging and consulting firm is seeking an Account Executive to work in a vital role on their client service Latin America team. Their clients produce, consume, process, and export commodities throughout the world.
The client is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented, entrepreneurial, problem solver to join one of their fastest growing client service teams. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Familiarity with future and options contracts and understanding how each functions is essential. The client will consider entry level candidates with the right skills, as well and candidates with more experience looking to join a great organization.
The position will be based from the company's corporate office in Chicago, Illinois. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and have legal authority to work in the United States. The company is not in a position to sponsor candidates. Relevant experience within the grain and livestock field and a series 3 license would be a huge plus, but not required.
Using their existing framework and proprietary resources, you will work with clients directly to develop a risk management strategy using futures, options, forwards, and swaps, while implementing and monitoring the client’s strategy in the market and monitoring for adjustment and enhancement recommendations as the market conditions change. These recommendations will be pitched directly to the client for implementation.
This position will report to Team Lead of the Latin American Group.
