Ohio agronomy retail company is need to hire an Agronomy Relationship Manager. This is a role that is focused on assisting the sales team communicate and deliver the values of the company, services, and products to the customer.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being involved in the sales and marketing process and increasing the geographic footprint of the company. This is an important role that will place you in the agronomic, grain, energy, and feed business units.
Essentially, this is a role where you are helping both the seller and the buyer achieve their goals by providing them superior customer service and training. You will work with the marketing department to take the company's vision to the customer. Agronomic knowledge is important as you will review scouting reports and help with providing the product solutions for treatment.
To be considered as a potential candidate, you will need a BS degree in agriculture or related field or equivalent agronomic industry experience. You must be proficient with MS Office, SSI, Keystone Connect, Seed Sales Tool, and Data-On-Touch. You need to be organized and have strong communication and analytical skills.
This role offers good opportunities for advancement. The company will pay you a salary with incentives. They have excellent benefits for you and your family. The base compensation for this role is $75,000.
