A highly successful grain company in Minnesota is looking for a Merchandising Manager to lead their business around a key facility.
You will lead location personnel to maximize efficiencies and trading margin in your territory. Direct reports include merchandisers and office administrators. You will also be responsible for P&L management and business development.
This busy, large facility handles truck, rail and barge business. The ideal candidate with be an experienced trader with a firm grasp of the "nuts and bolts" of operations. The ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with the operations team and corporate merchandising team will be essential to success in this role.
Close to urban or rural living options and great schools, the geography is highly desirable. Base compensation will be $100-130,000+ with excellent benefits and an aggressive incentive plan.
