Well established and trusted employee-owned manufacturing company in agriculture and vegetation management equipment is seeking a Marketing Manager for a remote role.
They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast paced, execution focused environment. This role is not about just creating content—it’s about driving real results through dealer engagement, competitive analysis, and field-driven marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing dealer relationships, supporting product launches, coordinating trade shows, and ensuring our brand messaging directly supports sales growth. The client is looking for a Marketing Manager with direct experience in shortline manufacturing and dealer-based sales to help drive brand growth and increase product adoption.
The role will require 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agriculture manufacturing or equipment sales environment. You also will need expertise in planning and managing trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events and the ability to create and implement targeted dealer promotions that drive measurable sales increases.
You will be responsible for supporting the 15 person sales team located nation wide. For the first 6 months you need to be willing to travel 50% of your time to establish yourself with major dealers and your sales team. After that is complete you will generally travel about 35% of the time. With this travel you will need to be located near a major airport.
