“Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” Jeremiah 32:17
We strive for diversity across the globe
There are seasons in life and work when we all feel stuck, where the road ahead is unclear, progress is slow, and the weight of uncertainty starts to wear us down. Maybe it’s a project that isn’t moving forward, a career decision that feels paralyzing, or a personal challenge that seems too big to tackle. In those moments, it is easy to feel overwhelmed or discouraged. But what if the pause isn’t punishment, what if it’s preparation?
Sometimes, the most important progress happens beneath the surface. The roots grow before the plant blooms. The breakthrough often comes after a period of refining, resetting, or realigning. That doesn’t make waiting easy, but it does remind us that the season has purpose.
If you are in a place where doors feel closed or the path seems uncertain, take heart. Clarity often comes just after confusion. New opportunities tend to emerge right after we have let go of trying to control the outcome. Whether you are building a business, navigating a job search, managing a team, or simply trying to keep going, trust that momentum will return. Keep showing up. Keep believing that something better is ahead.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to hustle your way to a solution. Sometimes, you simply need to be still, stay faithful, and let the breakthrough come in its time. Often, it will look different than you expected and better than you imagined.
We strive for diversity across the globe

The Importance of Personal Connection
Featured Recruiter: Jim Fleming
It is hard for me to believe that I will begin my 24th year as a Professional Recruiter for AGRI-SEARCH on July 1. When I started, I had a phone, yellow note pad, some basic forms, a list of candidates, clients, and a desk. I observed my colleague, Dave Allen for a couple of days prior to him giving me a list of clients and candidates and then I dove into the “deep end” of the pool. I knew little about recruiting, but I did know agriculture and I knew people. I was given an opportunity to help people and companies improve.
It gives me pleasure when a company grows and succeeds in part due to the talents of the people we placed with them. A smile comes to my face when an individual says thank you for helping and encouraging them to achieve their goals. Knowing I played a part in the lives of our candidates and clients is gratifying. It is even more gratifying knowing I am associated with a company who
“assists our candidates in reaching their career goals and helps our client companies build successful teams.”
Recently, I read an article stating that by 2028, 1 in 4 job applicants will be fake and generated by AI. Companies have hired fake AI candidates. Resumes, voices, and video avatars have been altered for malicious intent. This has happened as companies have gotten away from in-person interviews and meetings. Hirings occurred and start dates were set without any contact. The consequences of not meeting in person could be catastrophic for a business.
This makes the value of having a recruiting service in your corner more attractive. We pride ourselves on understanding our candidates through in-depth screenings and references, just as we take the time to get to know our clients and the kind of people they want on their team. We become an extension of their organization.
While recruiting technologies have improved how we do our work, the basics of listening and conversing have not changed and remain at the heart of what we do. Agriculture is a people driven industry. Technology advancements have helped with greater yields and improved efficiencies, but it still takes the right people to get the job done.
AI will not alter our mission. We will continue to talk to and help people. We will continue our passion for agriculture and helping feed the world with quality people. Put our team to work for you today!
