An established and respected grain company is seeking a Grain Superintendent for their Kansas City operation. This medium-sized facility operates at a high volume and has both rail and container capabilities. The facility is supported by a strong, experienced team that knows their roles and the facility very well.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of grain management experience and be a hands-on leader who is willing to step in when needed and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Experience with safety protocols and facility maintenance will be a valuable asset. The company offers a highly competitive salary, along with a bonus and excellent benefits.
