Dynamic international company that sets the standard in dairy genetics is seeking a driven National Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales throughout the United States.
This candidate will be sourcing new clients and building new relationships, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving and exceeding sales goals.
They will also help lead, grow and mentor district sale reps.
Compensation will be a very generous base plus bonus and industry leading benefits. The compensation is never capped based on production.
A minimum of an Agriculture related degree and 5 years of dairy sales is required. Up to 50% travel will be involved within the region. Proficiency in Dairy herd software including Dairy Comp / PC Dart is needed.
