A leading grain company in Nebraska is seeking an experienced Millwright Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of millwright experience and will be responsible for leading and managing five millwright crews, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities include planning and forecasting five crews, managing equipment logistics, overseeing safety protocols, and implementing preventative maintenance programs and construction projects. The role requires collaboration with millwrights, operations managers, and the engineering team to prioritize tasks and align resources effectively. Additionally, the Millwright Manager will develop and maintain a 4-6 week forward-looking work schedule to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Qualified candidates should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple teams effectively, and excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000+, along with outstanding benefits.
