1099, Operations Manager, Minnesota

Highly successful grain company is seeking their next Operations Manager at a key asset in Northern Minnesota.

The right candidate will have experience in grain facility management or similar industry. Experience should include managing employees and solid mechanical knowledge. You will also be responsible for blending, inventory, minor projects, and safety. Successful candidate should be a self-starter and be highly motivated.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years of experience looking to take the next step up in their career. It could also be a great fit for a more experienced candidate as well.

Salary range is $80,000-120,000++ plus excellent benefits.
