A well-established cooperative in Eastern Kansas is seeking their next Assistant Superintendent for two facilities. The company is very family-friendly and flexible with your personal life. Even during the busy season, they never work on Sundays.
The ideal candidate will be an organized leader with great communication skills. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations including loading and unloading trucks, maintenance, safety and employee management.
The desired candidate will have experience in Grain Operations, possess the ability to think on your feet and have some basic mechanical aptitude. The company will consider someone with experience, or is open to train the right person if they have drive and a willingness to learn.
