A leading Northeastern organization that provides feed, processing, grain, fertilizer, and ingredient procurement is seeking an Assistant Agronomy Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and sales for their fertilizer business.

The ideal candidate will drive new fertilizer sales and be the main relationship manager, in conjunction with the Agronomy Manager. You must be able to develop new relationships with prospective customers while maintaining the current customer base. Logistics oversight and the ability to manage fertilizer procurement, inventory, product lines, and sales is a must. You will also support the agronomy department with data to drive pricing schedules, marketing, and customer service. Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders is essential all while driving the core values of the organization. This role will provide you with a dynamic work environment and flexibility.

You must have at least five years of related experience or a combination of education and experience, an agronomic background, a passion for agriculture, and a valid drivers license.
