A well-established cooperative in Eastern Kansas is seeking their next Operations and Logistics Manager for their Agronomy department. The company is very family-friendly and flexible with your personal life. Even during the busy season, they never work on Sundays.
The ideal candidate will be an organized leader with great communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling applicators, loading and unloading of materials, and dispatching.
The desired candidate will have experience in Agronomy Operations, possess the ability to think on your feet and have some basic mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of agricultural equipment and understanding of farming practices in strongly preferred. The company will consider someone with experience, or is open to train the right person if they have drive and a willingness to learn.
