A leading grain company in Texas is seeking an experienced Millwright Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of millwright experience and will oversee five millwright crews, ensuring top-notch performance and strict adherence to safety standards.
Key responsibilities include planning and forecasting crew schedules, managing equipment logistics, overseeing safety protocols, and leading preventative maintenance programs and construction projects. This role requires close collaboration with millwrights, operations managers, and the engineering team to prioritize tasks and align resources efficiently. Additionally, the Millwright Manager will develop and maintain a forward-looking 4-6 week work schedule to ensure projects are completed on time and with optimal efficiency.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple teams, and exceptional planning, organizational, and communication abilities. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000+, along with excellent benefits.
