The President will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth. This individual will be both a visionary and an executor, someone who is able to identify new opportunities in warehousing and product distribution, technology, and manufacturing while maintaining strong financial discipline and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and execute a strategic vision for growth while honoring the organization’s legacy.
• Provide financial leadership with responsibility for budgeting, profitability, capital allocation, and long-term financial health.
• Drive rigorous risk management, ensuring stability across market cycles and commodity volatility.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a 30+ person team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Strengthen supplier and customer relationships through hands-on leadership.
• Advance systems, technology, and innovations to maintain competitiveness.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities in new ventures, partnerships and potential acquisitions with a disciplined return on investment focus.
• Report to ownership/Board with full transparency, delivering consistent financial and operational results.
Skills Desired:
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience within commodities, agriculture, food distribution, dairy, or related industries.
• Proven track record of financial management, including P&L oversight, cost control, margin improvement, and investment discipline.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, credit, and risk assessment in the agricultural supply chain.
• Experience in M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures with demonstrated value creation.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute with discipline.
• Tech-forward mindset, eager to integrate innovation into traditional industries.
• Skilled communicator with a reputation for integrity, accountability, and results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, or economics strongly preferred. Additional STEM-related experience or background is considered highly desirable.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary starting at $300,000+ (based on experience), significant performance-based bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
