We have partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing agricultural services company in Northern Illinois to identify a Grain Marketing Advisor who is passionate about helping farmers succeed.
If you have built your career buying grain, originating bushels, or merchandising for an elevator or processor, you have likely earned something more valuable than a grain portfolio; you have earned the trust of farmers. This opportunity allows you to continue serving those producers as their advocate, providing unbiased grain marketing guidance and crop insurance solutions that help them make informed decisions and strengthen their operations.
As a Grain Marketing Advisor, you will:
- Build and expand relationships with grain producers throughout Northern Illinois.
- Leverage your existing network to grow the company's grain marketing and crop insurance business.
- Provide year-round grain marketing advice and risk management strategies.
- Develop long-term relationships by helping farmers simplify grain marketing and improve profitability.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of grain merchandising, grain buying, origination, or grain marketing experience, along with a strong network of grain producers throughout Northern Illinois. They are passionate about helping farmers succeed, possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and either hold, or are willing to obtain a Series 3 and Crop Insurance license with company support.
