A leading Financial Services firm specializing in the Agribusiness Industry is seeking a full-time Agricultural & Farm Accounting Tax Partner.

In this role, you will Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements on a national scale. Your client base will range from mid-level size companies to companies with over one billion in sales. A creative, entrepreneurial spirit will be a key characteristic of a successful candidate. The qualified candidate will have excellent management and supervisory skills and exhibit a high level of analytical and organizational capabilities. As a key position within the firm, you will lead the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategies in addition to promoting the firm’s brand and abilities.

The firm is equipped to stand behind you with a complete resource support team specializing in the legal, regulated, human relations, animal welfare, and other finance-related areas. This position requires at least eight years of financial management experience, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, experience reporting to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. A Master’s degree and a background in Agribusiness are preferred.

Salary is based on your contribution potential, marketable skill set, and certifications and will likely be in the range of $200-$250 k. In addition, a generous bonus and a retirement program round out a complete benefits package. This position will require some travel and has the option of working remotely.
