A respected and well-established cooperative in Eastern Kansas is seeking their next Sales Agronomist. The company is very family-oriented and understands the value of work-life balance. Even during the busy season, they never work on Sundays.
You must have a passion for helping producers increase productivity on their farm operation and be a trusted advisor to the producers you serve. You will have the responsibility to work with the existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow.
The desired candidate will have experience in agronomics, sales, and possess the ability to think on your feet. In this position, relationship building and communication are key. The company would consider someone with experience, or is happy to train the right person if they have drive and are willing to learn.
