A Midwest regional seed company has been posting steady sales growth and is in need of new team members to meet the demand. Ideally, the company is seeking sales team members in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Iowa.
The company has a focus in corn hybrids, soybeans and wheat varieties, plus alfalfa and other seeds. Good traits and genetics have propelled them to be within striking distance of pulling business away from the larger companies. They have been experiencing a 10% annual growth. The company prides itself in having the support system already in place to handle new business.
The company wants an individual who has some established business in a territory. They prefer someone who has been employed as a District Sales Manager who can work independently without "hand-holding." This role is for an experienced person who has been selling to the farmer for a minimum of three years. They will give you autonomy and freedom.
Should you be selected, you will receive a lucrative compensation and commission package with benefits, bonus, commission, incentives, and a vehicle. This role is an immediate fill as kickoff is fast approaching. Base compensation is $70,000 to $100,000.
