In this role, you will work side-by-side with all team members, including the General Manager, in learning and doing a variety of roles that happen at a grain facility. You will assist with all aspects of the operations from watching a tank if a teammate is inside to assisting with unloading trucks or loading trains.
On occasion, you may be called upon to run the scales to grade trucks and weigh them in and out or to assist with other roles. Helping the team continuously update their safety program is another area you could be involved.
This company is willing to train and teach. Some grain operations experience is highly desired. An experienced professional looking for a fresh start on a great grain team is perfect.
