Description
A progressive and financially stable cooperative in central Kansas is seeking a Grain Location Manager to lead one of its flagship facilities. The site has recently received significant upgrades, and is positioned for long-term growth.
This is a leadership role. The company is looking for someone who will lead from the front, take care of the team, and actively contribute in company leadership and direction: not someone who simply checks boxes and goes home.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily grain receiving, storage, conditioning, and loadout operations
- Lead a team of approximately four employees
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and facility standards
- Support light retail, feed, and fuel pump oversight at the location
- Deliver strong customer service to an established farm base
- This position is operationally focused and does not include merchandising responsibilities.
