Highly technical agriculture risk management company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist. The responsibilities of the role will include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, assisting sales teams to solve prospects’ business problems, and supporting the business to translate opportunities to technical solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our clients to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to ensure customer retention and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.
While the company is based in Chicago, Illinois this role will be remote. There will be some travel to the corporate office and other events from time to time.
The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role as well as familiarity with the grain and commodity industry and and markets. You will need the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner. It is important that you have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
