The responsibilities of this role are building relationships with your farmer customers, learning their operations, crop consulting, and offering product solutions. The facility is a full-service retail company with chemistries, fertilizer, seed, and related services. This is a sales role. You'll be responsible for helping your customers develop strategies that will alleviate weed and disease pressures while increasing yields.
You will be responsible for providing the company proper credit applications and business plans for your customers and ensuring the best customer experience and satisfaction.
The company seeks someone with a minimum of two years sales experience coupled to an agronomy degree or related coursework. You must be someone who enjoys helping farmers succeed. A sales type personality is desired. A farm background is important to help you achieve success. The company will look at a variety of candidates.
This is a role that may lead to advancement within the company. Should you be hired, you'll be provided a vehicle, benefits, and a competitive salary with bonus and commissions. Your top end potential is unlimited. Your base salary will be based upon your level of experience.
