A well-established and successful regional feed company is seeking a Plant Manager for its state-of-the-art feed manufacturing facility in Central Kansas.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of plant operations, managing a facility that produces approximately 30% of its output in packaged form. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running a bagging line, ideally in an automated system, and possess strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a three-shift operation.
This person should be a proactive problem solver with solid knowledge of feed mill equipment, preventative maintenance, and repair management. The right individual will excel at leading a team, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement within the plant.
