The company is extremely customer oriented and has carved out an impressive niche in the grain risk management space. They service all sizes of producers throughout the heartland with great brand name recognition. Based in Chicago, they are a small, collaborative and dynamic team that values work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of brokerage experience, an existing book of business, have a strong sales pedigree and a curious mind. You must be a "closer," a self-starter and hungry to grow business without much oversight. The CEO is a sales manager at heart and you must be comfortable in that culture. You must also thrive working closely with farmers to manage risk.
The company has streamlined processes and procedures in place for success. They desire to bring in a "hustler" that can hit the ground running.
The position can be located in their Chicago office or remote for the right candidate. Compensation will include a base salary and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
