A prominent Agronomy retail organization is seeking to hire a Sales Agronomist to add to their growing team in southern Wisconsin. This opportunity will provide growth and stability in a positive work environment.
The Sales Agronomist will work directly with customers offering a variety of crop production services and be a trusted partner for the operations you will serve. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working directly with producers to sell, scout, plan, and deliver quality products and services. In addition to working with producers, the Sales Agronomist is responsible for reporting, inventory, safety, and maintenance as needed.
Relationship building with producers and co-workers alike is essential for success in this role. You will also be given the opportunity for professional development and growth by attending trainings and product update events. Timeliness and the ability to be flexible are key to growing in this position.
This organization prefers a strong and experienced salesperson who has the hands-on agronomy knowledge to hit the ground running. This opportunity is for those who have drive and the ability to self-start. Troubleshooting and problem-solving are a must.
