A successful locally operated grain company in North Dakota is seeking their next leader at one of their key assets.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in grain operations management and take pride in their facility. The company is seeking someone that is a champion of employee development and comfortable upholding company policy. They enjoy a top-notch safety culture and desire someone that shares their passion for it. You will manage 8-10 employees at this state of the art facility. Responsibilities will include oversight of dumping grain, loading trains, grain quality management, housekeeping, hiring, and safety.

Compensation will be competitive depending on experience in the $100-125k range. They also offer a strong benefits package including health insurance, PTO and 401k.
