Highly respected and successful national agriculture construction company is seeking a Director of Field Operations based in the Midwest.
This individual would be responsible for oversight of all their Supervisors and Field Engineers. The company is looking for someone who is not afraid to get out in the field and work as well as someone with good business demeanor and able to lead the teams effectively.
Qualifications include a degree from an accredited university with a focus in Construction, Engineering, or relevant field of study, experience in the construction industry, ability to build consensus, manage details and anticipate issues, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and the ability to develop others. The characteristics the company is looking for in this candidate are humility, hunger to grow, and commitment to results.
This position would be based in the company's corporate headquarters in the Midwest and will require significant travel to all the worksites.
