The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of grain merchandising experience, have a strong sales pedigree and a curious mind. You must be a "closer," a self-starter and hungry to grow business without much oversight. The CEO is a sales manager at heart and you must be comfortable in that culture. You must also thrive working closely with farmers to manage risk, while having contacts in the grain industry. The company is seeking someone with a fresh perspective that will bring new ideas to the team. This role may be a great fit for a high-level originator, cross-country trader, merchandiser or broker.

The position can be located in their Chicago office or remote for the right candidate. Compensation will include a base salary and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
